The Food Safety Information Society is no longer in operation. Food safety enquiries can be directed to the federal government at 1-800-O-Canada or a health inspector at your local health region. The Society would like to thank its long term supporters and sponsors who have been committed partners in delivering science-based, food safety information to consumers over the years.
